Tesla sues U.S. government to overturn Trump administration tariffs on China

In 2019, U.S. trade officials rejected Tesla’s request for relief on 25% tariffs on the Model 3′s car computer and screen, arguing that the parts use technologies strategically important to Chinese national security programs.
